RESUMEN
En este artículo de opinión se exponen los antecedentes de la agricultura ecológica u orgánica o biológica a lo largo de sus inicios desde 1924 hasta 2011. Primero se da una visión general del tema y luego se centra en el viñedo y el vino tanto a nivel nacional como internacional. En su elaboración se ha tenido en cuenta a los siguientes organismos: FAO, CEE, FiBL–IFOAM, OIV y MAGRAMA. Se cita la normativa por la que se rige la certificación de la producción, elaboración y comercialización de esta forma de orientación alimentaria.
En las consideraciones y conclusiones que se hacen, tenemos un amplio abanico de datos que nos pueden ayudar a conocer mejor esta orientación alimentaria.
Y finalmente, hay un apartado de “opinión” sobre las diferentes orientaciones “productivas-comercializadoras” alimentarias que hoy en día existen; y que muchas veces la prensa trata de una forma poco afortunada, seguramente por falta de conocimiento del tema y para dar, quizás, más impacto a la noticia. Perjudicando, en ocasiones, a los productores-comercializadores de alimentos que hacen las cosas bien.
Está en juego nuestra salud y la del planeta. Y la viabilidad económica de muchas empresas nacionales del sector agroalimentario, que pueden llegar a ser el motor de creación de nuevos puestos de trabajo y oportunidades de negocio en nuestro país.

ABSTRACT
The organic grape and wine-growing.  This opinion article gives the background of organic agriculture along its beginnings in 1924 until 2011. First it gives an overview of the topic and then we focus on the vineyard and wine both the national and internationally. In its elaboration has taken into account the following organizations: FAO, EEC, FiBL–IFOAM, OIV and MAGRAMA. It cites regulations which govern the certification of production, processing and marketing of this form of food guidance.
In the considerations and conclusions that are made, we have a wide range of data that can help us better understand this food guidance.
And finally, there is a section of “opinion” about the different food orientations that exist today. Often the press has been a less fortunate to explain it.
Our health and the planet’s one are in play, as well as the economic viability of many national companies in the agri-food sector, which can become the engine for creating new jobs and business opportunities in our country.
